Pakistan Scottish Scholarship Scheme

The Pakistan Scottish Scholarship Scheme, implemented by WANG in Lasbela, is a transformative initiative aimed at promoting girls' education in one of Balochistan's key regions. This project is dedicated to empowering young women through education, addressing gender disparities, and fostering a supportive environment for girls to pursue academic excellence.

Empowering Climate Resilience in Lasbela

This project, in partnership with the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, aims to build community capacity in Lasbela for environmental challenges through targeted training programs for youth.

Las Homes

Aimed at providing relief and reconstructing of 50 resilient homes for women-led families affected by floods in Lasbela.

Young Omang

aims to be an effective voice for young people’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), with a firm belief in inclusivity and a human rights-based approach. Young Omang is a platform where narratives of equality, diversity and inclusivity gains credibility and power.

ADI Peer Education Sessions

A key initiative under WANG's Promoting Healthy Behaviors Program, are focused on enhancing community understanding of sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) and advocating for healthier lifestyle choices. The project aims to empower individuals, especially adolescents, with critical knowledge and skills for making informed decisions regarding their health and well-being.

WALI Digital Literacy Boot Camps

An integral part of WANG's Digital Inclusion Program, are dedicated to advancing digital literacy and technology skills among community members, particularly in rural areas. These boot camps are designed to bridge the digital divide by providing hands-on training and resources in essential digital technologies.

Roshan Rastay

is a transformative climate action project by WANG, aimed at converting five Lasbela villages to solar power. Spearheaded by young volunteers, the initiative installs solar lights to provide sustainable, eco-friendly illumination, enhancing safety and living conditions in these communities.

Kaka's Garden Community Sessions

This open and secure space welcomes diverse community stakeholders to share knowledge, deliberate on pivotal issues, and foster collective learning. Significantly, it is the only venue in the district dedicated to offering women and girls a safe environment for meetings, discussions, and the nurturing of ideas and creativity. This vibrant space embodies community cohesion and empowers individuals through dialogue and innovation.
