Girls from Balochistan having limited space to grow, always proved to be wonderfully talented individuals. Recently We organized Women’s Day Art Competition among the girls students of Lasbela.
Participants were asked to show how they see women in their society, We got lot of entries from the students, top ten were posted to our Facebook Page for online votes.
According to the votes and final decision of Judges Miss Shagufta Naseem of Girls High School Hub won the competition. Miss Shaida Ali Deputy District Education officer Lasbela awarded the the Certificate to the winner. talking the occasion Mis Ali asked for more opportunities for these young girls to show their talent and express their ideas to the world.
Ms Ali also appreciated WANG’s role of bringing young girls at the front. Mr Qaisar Roonjha Executive Director WANG in his address motivated students to become more creative and expressive in their views through different mediums.
Talking to the participants Mr. Roonjha encouraged participants to use education as tool of change by contributing their part in the change for better society. Mr Roonjha assured participants for WANG’s continuous support to such causes.
This competition was organized by WANG under I-GIRL Program.I-Girl program is exclusively designed by WANG for young women leadership.
