Mobiles – keeping Children’s hope alive in rural Balochistan!

Though we have seen great number of new tools being introduced in developed world to make education accessible for children.

But, what happens to children from developing countries, specially for children in rural communities with no or very limited access to internet and electricity.

During the past few months schools have been closed, and along with many other things education has been badly affected.

Looking at the situation WANG has initiated Community Youth Fellowship program.

Under the program WANG with the support of Girl Rising has trained 25 young people on story telling and creative learning tools and provided resources to these trained fellows. These young fellows are now in their communities engaging hundreds of children through mobile education centers in small groups.

These young people are not just giving their energy and skills to teach children but also providing an hope to these rural children about a better future through continuous learning full engagement.

WANG aims to bring more partners on board and engage more children during these times of a global pandemic.
